an approximate $1million arbitration award and a finding of
unfair business practices against an insurance company. Due to
the terms of the arbitration, the parties in the case are
confidential. |
Drew Pomerance won a final victory for Palm Medical
Group from the First District Court of Appeal which
reinstated a $1.13 million judgment (possibly $1.4 million
after interest) in a dispute with State Fund for
failure to institute fair procedures when considering medical
clinics for admission into its preferred provider network.
